We started with the NGAO in December 2008.
In January 2009 we already established the Educational Center with free of charge courses in the subjects Dari, Pashto, Tajweed, Quran, mathematic, English and computer classes.
On May 17, 2009 we had our first conference where the students and the teachers prepared different topics and hold speeches in front of the audience. For our students it was the first time that they spoke in front of an audience and it gave them self-confidence.
In May 2009 our students organized the teachers day celebration. Where they organized a gathering with speeches about different topics, cake and so on.
In June 2009 we had our first final exams of our Educational Center.
On June 14, 2009 we celebrated the mothers day together with our students and beside speeches our students also prepared a theater play.
On July 28, 2009 the NGAO received English books from the Asia Foundation.
In December 2009 the NGAO brought together with the Polish organization “schools for peace” 1680 English books from Poland to Kabul and handed them during a press conference over to the Ministry of Education.
Our chairman, Mohammad Jahesh, presented our organization during a live interview in Noor TV in December as well.
Furthermore, we had our final exams at December 19, 2009.
In April 2010 we had final exams of the third project of our Educational Center.
In May 2010 a new delivery of English books arrived in Bagram in cooperation with the association “Schools for peace” and the Polish Army.
In July 2010 another delivery of English books arrived in Bagram in cooperation with the association “Schools for peace” and the Polish Army.
In October 2010 we handed over English books to the Ministry of Education of Ghazni.
In December 2010 we handed over English books to the Ministry of Education of Panjshir.
In April 2011 a new delivery of English books arrived in Ghazni.
In May 2011 we handed over English books to the English Academy Rana in Ghazni.
In 2011 the NGAO has launched surveys in many provinces of Afghanistan to highlight the situation of the people.
In April 2012 Barat Khan from New Gulestan Arzo organization in Ghazni, the head of Informatic and English language Academy, paid a visit to the military base in Ghazni.
In August 2012 Mr. Barat Khan on behalf of the New Gulestan Arzo Organisation received English books from the Polish PRT Ghazni, which was collected, organized and transported by the efforts of the association “Schools for peace”.
In February 2013 the NGAO made a survey in the province Panjshir to evaluate the educational situation there and to see what is needed.
